The Remco SmoothFlo FLO-IQ pump module gives you a ready-to-install 12V pumping setup built around Remco's 5.3 GPM, 100 PSI SmoothFlo soft wash pump. The pump, fuse, waterproof power switch, battery wiring, and aluminum mounting plate come completely assembled, cutting down the work required to build a pump setup from individual components.
FLO-IQ technology eliminates pressure-switch cycling and automatically regulates flow to maximize output as pressure increases. The pump is self-priming up to 14 vertical feet, can run dry without damage, and includes a built-in check valve. Viton® valves and a Santoprene® diaphragm handle the fluid side of the pump.
The module also uses 3/4" quick-attach pump ports with your choice of 1/2" or 3/4" hose barb connections in straight or 90-degree configurations. The quick-attach design allows tool-free hose removal while reducing the risk of leaks, stripped threads, and pump damage caused by overtightening fittings.
