The Core Van Skid for Drone Washing gives professional cleaning crews pressure washing, soft washing, and DI pure water capability on one van-mounted platform. The pressure washing system delivers 8 GPM at 3500 PSI from a gear-driven triplex plunger pump powered by an electric-start Honda GX690 gas engine.
The soft wash side uses a gear-driven Comet P40 diaphragm pump rated at 11.5 GPM and 300 PSI, powered by an electric-start Honda GX160/GX200 gas engine. Add in a ClearView Hydro-Mixer XL, 3-stage DI filtration, 200 gallons of raw/DI water capacity, and three dedicated hose reels, and you get a drone washing van skid built to handle multiple cleaning methods from one organized setup.
