The 1075BE Honda model delivers 4.0 GPM at 3,500 PSI using a 389cc Honda GX390 engine. A second 1075BE configuration uses a 408cc Vanguard 400 while maintaining the same 4.0 GPM and 3,500 PSI output. For more water flow, the 1080BE steps up to 4.6 GPM at 3,500 PSI with a 570cc Vanguard 18 engine. All three models use belt drive and electric-start gas engines.
The belt-drive setup operates the triplex pump at lower RPMs to help reduce vibration and pressure spikes while allowing the machine to draw water from a holding tank. Hotsy builds the series around a protective roll-cage chassis with integrated lifting eyes for easier loading and transport. The featured 1075BE Honda model also uses a 12V DC oil-fired burner rated at 385,800 BTU/hr, along with an 8-gallon removable fuel tank, adjustable thermostat, hour meter, downstream detergent injection, and 50-foot high-pressure hose.
