Description

The Gas Soft Wash Skid System gives professional exterior cleaning crews a complete skid-mounted setup for mixing, applying, and rinsing soft wash solutions. Choose between a Comet P40 pump rated at 11.5 GPM / 290 PSI or an AR45 pump rated at 11.4 GPM / 290 PSI.

Built for truck, trailer, and dedicated cleaning rigs, this professional soft wash system combines onboard water, chemical, and soap storage with a Hydro-Mixer XL proportioning system. Dedicated metering valves let you control water, bleach, and soap at the skid, while separate hose reels keep your chemical and water-fill hoses organized and ready to work.

  • AR45: 11.4 GPM at 290 PSI
  • Power: Honda gas engine

 

Tank Configurations

  • 55-Gallon Setup: One 55-gallon water tank, one 55-gallon chemical tank, and one 7-gallon soap tank
  • 100-Gallon Setup: One 100-gallon water tank, one 55-gallon chemical tank, and two 7-gallon soap tanks

 

Hose & Reel Setup

  • Chemical Hose: 200' x 5/8" chemical-resistant spray hose
  • Water Fill Hose: 200' hose with garden hose fittings
  • Chemical Reel: Heavy-duty Summit, Titan, or Kings hose reel
  • Water Reel: Heavy-duty Summit, Titan, or Kings hose reel
  • Reel Construction: Aluminum frames with stainless steel internals and swivels

  • Remote Rinse Module: Allows the operator to switch from sodium hypochlorite solution to water and shut off surfactant without returning to the skid
  • Electric Reels: Electric reel upgrades are available for the water supply and chemical hoses
  • Electric Start: Available as an optional upgrade
