The Hotsy HWE Series all-electric stationary hot water pressure washer is designed for facilities that require powerful hot water cleaning without the use of gas, diesel, or propane. Delivering 3.5–4.0 GPM at 2,000–3,000 PSI, the HWE Series is ideal for food processing plants, manufacturing facilities, automotive shops, pharmaceutical operations, and other indoor environments where zero exhaust emissions are required. Unlike traditional hot water pressure washers, the HWE Series uses electric heating elements to produce instant hot water, making it a clean, quiet solution for demanding commercial applications.
Built for continuous industrial use, the HWE Series features a heavy-duty belt-driven Hotsy triplex pump, a Baldor motor, and a unique stainless steel heating coil immersed in a water solution tank. Because the heating elements never come in contact with the pressurized water, the system helps minimize scale buildup and reduce maintenance. An automatic start/stop system, low water protection, magnetic motor starter, and rugged powder-coated cabinet help maximize uptime while simplifying daily operation.
