The Hydra-Flex Ripsaw HD hydro-excavation nozzle uses an 18° rotating cone to concentrate water where you need it, helping crews pothole, daylight utilities, remove debris, dig piling holes, and clean frac tanks. Hydra-Flex designed the nozzle to rotate at a controlled speed for strong digging action while reducing unnecessary wear during demanding excavation work.
Built for 1,000 to 3,200 PSI and 1.5 to 10.7 GPM, this hydro excavation rotating turbo nozzle is available in #3.0 through #12.0 nozzle sizes so it can be matched to different hydro-vac systems. A non-conductive DuPont Hytrel coating is designed for work around underground utilities, while tungsten carbide wear surfaces and a stainless steel housing stand up to demanding conditions including frost, shale, and rocky soil. The Ripsaw HD also includes a rubber rotational boot and inlet screen block and handles water temperatures up to 180°F.
