The Ace uses a single static 0° stream to penetrate directly and deeply into a small area, making it a practical choice for starting holes, precision digging, compact soils, and other hydro-excavation work where concentrated cutting action matters.
Instead of changing the complete nozzle when you need a different flow rate, the single-stream hydro-excavation nozzle uses individual, replaceable, color-coded nozzle pills. That lets crews adjust flow in the field as digging conditions change. The Switchblade platform uses a stainless steel housing, tungsten carbide wear surfaces, and non-conductive DuPont Hytrel coating for demanding excavation environments. It uses a 1/2" FNPT inlet and handles water temperatures up to 180°F.
