The Dig Pig Titan HD hydro-excavation lance is the heavy-duty stainless steel option in the Titan lineup, designed to reduce flex and vibration for better handling in demanding hydrovac applications. It's available in five lengths, giving crews options for both primary digging lances and extensions.
The stainless steel hydro-excavation lance uses CNC-machined 303 stainless steel 1/2" male NPT ends with connections designed to reduce broken pipe and lance threads. Dig Pig notes that the HD weighs roughly 2–3 pounds more per lance than the LW series, but that added weight gives crews a heavier, stiffer setup for demanding excavation work. Standard wrench-size slots also make it easier to install and remove components without using a pipe wrench in wet or muddy conditions.
