The Dig Pig Titan LW hydro-excavation lance is built from seamless SCH 80 6061-T6 aluminum, giving operators a strong, lightweight setup designed to reduce fatigue during long shifts. Reduced flex and minimal vibration help you maintain better control at the digging end when daylighting utilities, potholing, or handling other hydro-excavation work.
Instead of threading connections directly into the aluminum lance, Dig Pig uses CNC-machined 303 stainless steel 1/2" male NPT ends. Deep socket connections help protect both pipe and lance threads from breakage, while standard wrench slots make installation and removal easier without relying on pipe wrenches in wet or muddy conditions. The standard LW comes with a red anodized finish for added strength, corrosion resistance, and reduced dirt buildup.
